If you are selected as a finalist, you will be asked to schedule a day for ORH to be on-site at your program to record a short promotional video. This would mean that you would:

Coordinate a good day for ORH to travel to your program to record the video
Coordinate with any staff, community partners and program participants (if appropriate) to ensure that they are available to be filmed on the selected date
Work with ORH to make appropriate edits to the video footage
Coordinate with ORH to ensure all who are filmed sign appropriate releases
Allow ORH to share promotional video that is created on the ORH YouTube channel and at the ORH conference
